Workout Guidance:
Buffets in American have a history dating back to the 17th century when they were introduced by the European colonists, but they gained significant popularity in the mid-20th century and became emblematic of all-you-can-eat dining experiences.
Todays workout is going to give you some juicy legs so pick a weight that you feel confident you can move for multiple reps.
On the box jump overs you can choose to step, tuck jump, or grab a bike as a good modification.
