Michael Strahan’s high school football career began at Westbury High School in Houston, Texas, where he excelled as a linebacker, earning All-State honors, and later transitioning to play at Texas Southern University, laying the foundation for his successful future in the NFL and host of Good Morning America.
Todays workout is super sneaky and pumpy. Good ol’ lower back pump on the good mornings and a lat and bicep blaster on the strict pull-ups.
