Workout Guidance
On a day like this we’re thinking about what weight jumps are reasonable for us to take, both between our segments and from lift to lift. One way to approach this is to be conservative on our first two segments, possibly keeping the same weight throughout or just taking one jump. Once we get to our third segment, which is just one clean every 2 minutes, we can be more aggressive and try to add weight after each lift.
