WOD Guidance
On each piece today, we want to think about picking a weight that allows us to move well on both movements. Especially on the high hang snatches, we should have very light weights on the bar. We will have the opportunity to go heavier on the last complex of the day. For the cash out, we need to be able to keep a good pace between both exercises. This might mean scaling the number of reps back on the push-ups, or doing dumbbell floor presses instead of push-ups because this will allow us to keep moving.
