WOD Guidance
Pick a distance on the machine that takes you no more than 4 minutes and 30 seconds, and a weight on the dumbbell that allows you to do big sets. On a workout like this, the second time back through the DB snatches and the C2 machines should be as fast or faster than the first. As always, when you finish on a machine you want to push it really hard, because at that point you have nothing left to pace for.
