Was unsure on the lunges,ended up being ok – my traps were the limiting factor in this workout. They were on fire pretty much after the first round and what was slowing me down on the lunges.
No accessory work today, wayyy tired.

AMRAP 10 mins
100 bar facing burpees then muscle ups or strict ring dips with the remaining time
I finished the burpees in 7:45 seconds and did 18 dips.
(Also smoked the rest of the class by like :45 seconds in the burpees but using the jump down, step up method!)
Then:
4 rounds
2 mins
20 db snatches (10 each arm) at 35#
Bike for cals with the remainder of the time
12/11/12/13 cals on bike = total 48 rx
Also practiced my interpretive dancing for 17.1, just in case
For the second wod is was 2 mins of work followed by 2 mins of rest for 4 rounds.
