Workout Guidance
Today is a good day to really push the weight on the goblet squats. Goblet squats are an amazing movement for developing functional strength. Most of the time when we pick something up in our everyday life, it’s not balanced like a barbell. Rather, it might be dense and hard to grab, similar to a kettlebell. Goblet squats not only work our legs, but our back, core, and shoulders, in a way that make us better at accomplishing tasks outside the gym.
