A fun partner workout today that will challenge your grip and shoulders from multiple angles. Loading should be on the lighter side of moderate for both barbell movements, and we should aim to trade sets of 10-15 with our partner on those. For the rope climbs, focus on a strong foot lock to minimize the use of your arms.
