Athlete Check-In – 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM
Team Briefing – 9:30 AM
10,000 Meter Row – 9:45 AM – 10:30 AM
Raffles + Prizes – 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Post Competition Food/Drinks – 11:00 AM

-Can my team be a co-ed team? No. This event is a team of 3, same sex competition.
Team Option 1: Female, female, female
Team Option 2: Male, male, male
-Does it matter how we break up the team row? Nope! You can divide the work however you would like! Each person does not need to row the same amount. Some suggestions: breaking up the row into 250 meter or 500 meter increments with your team!
-Can we help our teammates out getting in and out of the rower? Yep! Whatever strategy you come up with, go for it!
