Today, our benchmark workout is Annie, and this one is short, sweet, and to the point. Double under sets are ideally unbroken, but no more than 2 sets, and sit ups should be quick. If overall volume of the situp is going to be an issue, we can reduce reps as needed, but speed is the key today, and we’re looking for a sub 10:00 effort.
