Today is not a workout that’s meant to be done “for time.” Rather, we want to take adequate time between each exercise so that we can produce maximum force every single rep. The pauses on your back squats don’t need to be excessively long, but we should be able to count “one Mississippi” in the bottom. We should seek to increase weight every set on the back squats.
