WOD Guidance
On the strict pull-ups, make sure you can maintain unbroken sets with whatever scaling option you choose. Bench presses should also be unbroken, and feel fairly easy. Although the workout says “max calories” make sure you don’t go out too hot, as this is a 30 minute workout.
