WOD Guidance
On the overhead squat, we want to pick a weight that we feel comfortable doing for a large number of reps. We should be able to complete the set of 30 reps in 2-3 sets at most. Think about breaking the strict pull-ups at early, and running the first mile at a comfortable speed.
