Bike first 3 rounds 48rpm/ final 54 for :30 and 64 for :30. Focused on managing my breathing and felt I took a bunch of 5+ sec rests to keep HR down. But I think that kept me out of red line and I only sprinted for the last 20-30 secs.
I was counting to 15 (twice) and then started jumping and realized I caught up to Tara which made no sense and then figured out I only counted once soooo yeah I am awful at counting burpees

4+35 RX. This was challenging to say the least. Looking forward to doing it again in the near future and pushing myself harder to finish.
