Today is a big gymnastics day for us with two more fatiguing movements, so look to go slow and use the runs as an opportunity to recover your upper body. Wall walks are a good chance for athletes who are new to getting upside down to get comfortable, so definitely try these if you’re interested in getting handstands someday. The beauty of the wall walk is that you only need to go up as far as you feel comfortable, which means you can start slow and build up as you go.
