20 DU / Round (1SU,1DU rep scheme) in round 3 I got 30 in a row as I didn’t wanna stop that’s a 25 rep PR and it gassed me for the last few minutes but did round 4s WB unbroken.
This is the first time I’ve even done DU in a WOD. Really liked the coaching on the rep scheme, thanks Max there may be a chance I can someday do DUs…
Getting larger and larger sets of DU each time they come up in WODs. Really pumped! Also, warmed up with the 14# but ended up using the 12# WB (Maybe next time).
