12 Clean and Jerks @ 95/65
Today is a hard sprint, and everyone should have the goal of finishing in under 10 minutes. We should pick a clean and jerk weight that allows us to do 2-3 larger sets, rather than going down to quick singles. Additionally, we should think about using the catch position of our clean to lead in to the dip of our jerk, so that we don’t spend time standing and re-dipping before we put the weight overhead.
