Workout Guidance
Whenever we see a workout that’s “not for time” we should try to find the challenge elsewhere in the workout. The beauty of today is that the structure of the workout leaves that very much up to you. If you’re someone who is interested in working on your rope climbs, we can pick two challenging upper body pulls for the rope climb portion of the workout, or spend time working on technique as it relates to the foot clamp. If you’d prefer, you can pick less technical movements for the rope climbs and focus on the power cleans, adding weight to that movement each round.
