3 Toes to Bar
1 Squat Clean @ 155/105
Today we’re looking for a moderately heavy barbell on the squat clean, although not something that is going to slow us down so much that we’ll have to rest going into it. If we’re someone who’s just on the verge of being able to do toes to bar, this is a good workout to push to do them Rx. Singles can be a great option. Burpees should be slow and methodical, with a full breath taken at the top of each rep to ensure that we’re able to keep our heart rate under control for all 20 minutes
