Maintained the pretty consistent pace per round every round. Heart rate slowly increased over the WOD. Row pace 9:20 to start. Rnd 2&3 were at 8:56 then back to 9:20 for 4th and 9:50 for 5th. Still takes a lot of mental thought on box jumps. But didn’t miss any today

12:19 step ups, 3 rounds and had to quit. I had absolutely nothing left. Came out much too fast.
Goal for next time is to come close to that pace and then do the next two rounds in similar time.
Also going to make sure I’m properly fueled and hydrated. That might be the worst I’ve ever felt during a CF workout.
