Maintained the same pace for every round, until last (5) where I went from 8:30 on row to 9:50 — held on for 4 or 5 snatches after that.. but had trouble counting ;). Since snatches were light, the hardest part for me was facing down the row each round – but I just got meditative until 15 cals and then started counting off 2 pulls per cal to keep me going.
First time doing snatches and Jump Rope in about 4-6 weeks. They felt good, definitely light on the snatch, but… My shoulders are a little sore now (across the deltoid) .. will mobilize later to help minimize.
