WOD Guidance
For muscle ups today, we want to pick a variation that will challenge us, as this is the only time we’ll get to catch our breath during the workout. Depending on what you coach gives you, look to combine a challenging press with a challenging pull. More advanced athletes can also add in ring transitions in order to practice the specific skill of the muscle up.
