50 DB Snatch @ 50/35
25 Pull-ups

Workout Guidance
Our strategy today centers around how we choose to break up our snatches and pull-ups. We’ve all had “that workout;” the one where we hit a big set to start round 1, and get reduced to doubles or singles by the end of the workout. Our goal is to be consistent throughout our rounds, even having some strength left to go for a bigger set at the end if we need to. This means starting out slow, rather than going for big sets in the first round. A good idea might be to go 20-15-15 on the DB snatches, and do sets of 5 throughout on the pull-ups.
