Great energy this morning – even though my 5am reflexes for getting the dodge ball were pitiful!

Air squats were brutal today.. I’ve gained knowledge though… my ankle dorsiflection is an issue and limits my ability to squat below parallel without compensation. At this point, I may have to stick with what I can do “properly” vs. compensating – and work my dorsiflection and foot muscle strength.
