WOD Guidance
Today we have a fun chipper style workout featuring some monostructural and gymnastics movements. The row in the beginning should take about 7 minutes or less and the burpees should be nice and smooth – continuous effort here. For the toes to bar, today is a great day to push the envelope and see what you’ve got. Hop on the bar and do as many as you can, then piece it together to finish. This will help us push our capacity on these movements if we try for bigger sets and see what happens!
