WOD Guidance
A fun KB and running workout with an inverse ladder rep/run scheme going on. The KB reps go down as run distance goes up. Your goal here is to keep moving on the KB and break things up in to no more than 3 sets on the swing. Keep the runs at a quick but steady pace, and cruise your way through this one!
