WOD Guidance:
Today we’re getting after a quarterfinals workout for the age groups from this past season. We’ve got some moderate distance runs, some moderate to heavy barbell, and some rope climbs on the menu today. Choose a loading that you could complete your shoulder to overhead in 2-3 sets and a number of rope climbs you could finish in 4-5 minutes. Choose a nice and steady pace to start and then finish strong once you finish the barbell.
