Today we have a 9/11 memorial workout honoring Welles Crowther aka The Man in the Red Bandana. This workout is a tough one, very focused on the lower body. Thruster loading should be heavy but allow for unbroken sets of 5. The jump rope should be nice and smooth, and the run should be at a decent clip. Keep moving on this one, but strap in, we’ve got a long time domain today.
