The Open Test: 245 (15DU / KUs / KPUs)
286 when I did this back in May, but the 15 DU took me more time than the 50 DTs I did back then, so my adjusted score is closer to 280. Also first time doing knee-ups since my abdominal injury a month or so ago – felt good!

Need to work on the dubs but definitely happy with the improvement in 4 months. Trusting that process.

Open retest 277 @95, vs 281@95 last may. Definitely faster thru the 50, 40, C2B, and the weight felt light. but too much time on the coffee breaks, futzing with grips, and burpees.

286 65#, 1/2 DUs, knee ups, only 10 kipping pull ups because my hands ripped.
In May I was at 284 with a 55# barbell, ring rows, and double taps.

Open Test: 265 RX. Was disappointed but can’t really do dubs or box jumps with knee so those 90 reps took forever. All in all, not too bad. Moved quickly through TTB, C2C, WB’s and PC’s…and other acronyms.
255 with 115#,15 strict pull ups compared to 282 in May with 95#, K2E, and ring rows.
T2B took forever, but happy I decided to go with them.

First time doing this
262 RX today, I didn’t think I had done this at TILT before, but alas, I am proud of my previous self for posting on the blog back in May. Turns out last time, I did 280 RX, but I’m happy with my score after having taken the summer off.
Haven’t been on the bar in how long? And still crushed it!
256, ring rows, single unders, #75. 1st time through, looking forward to doing better next time,

186 with some subs on the bike and ring rows. Did my first toe to bah and actually did all 40 which I’m pumped about. Feeling better each day-
