Double DB/KB Front Squats @ 50s/35s or 53s/35s

Workout Guidance
Today we have an amazing couplet that is about as classic CrossFit as it comes – squat and pull ups. This workout is very Fran-esque, and should definitely pack a punch, however, the volume is higher than traditional Fran. We want to choose a pull up option that will allow us to complete each set of pull ups in 3 sets or better, and front squats in 2 sets or better. Loading should be moderate, and we should aim to move faster as our reps decrease.
