Pulled 10# off barbell after 2 rounds – squats felt awful – took about 5 rounds to warm up, then all was good. Finished all 10 rounds in about 55-58 secs.
Decided to go over head with only one movement today (presses) and to give my shoulders a rest on the pull. Cleans felt good (after round 2) stuck with a 3, 2 strategy except for singles on the last round.
CrossOver Symmetry – Iron Scap protocol (that ATYT tho!! – oh, my! – never thought 6# could tire me out so much!!)

Patience is a virtue, and also the key to me figuring out Bar MU! Got excited about the BMU, decided to focus on those and scale back on the SC. Would love to do this RX one day 🙂
