3 sets: 2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat, 2 Depth Jump after each set
3 sets : 1 Squat Snatch, 1 Depth Jump after each set
Try to increase barbell weight every set, and increase box height every 3 sets of depth jumps. Depth jumps are a new one for us, so start jumping off an incredible small height (think a 45# bumper plate). The goal of the depth jump is to spend as little time on the ground as possible while jumping as high as possible. This is a powerful movement for increasing your ability to produce lots of force in a small amount of time, which is a great way to guarantee big lifts!
