A fun take on a chipper style workout – and not a barbell in sight. Descending rep scheme should allow us to keep a good pace, and once we’re at the end, we have the remainder of the 15:00 clock to get as many muscle ups as we can! If you want to get after some more muscle ups, get moving on this one and bank some time!
