Hey Everyone, the results are in and we have an amazing group of individuals who absolutely crushed this challenge!

Stacy Eliopoulos Andreotes- Improved her body composition by losing whopping 25% of her original Body Fat Percentage!!
Here’s what she had to say about the challenge: “I was a bit overwhelmed at first about finding the time to prep and plan out meals (with work and kids) so that I could make the best choices. But the support of the Tilt group (and my husband) and the posting of great recipes and ideas for quick meals/snacks on the Facebook page were incredibly helpful. I found that things got easier after week one, and that I actually needed to eat a bit more than I normally did to feel full since there was no filler/processed junk. But I felt so much better overall……no fatigue, sleeping better at night and no more sugar cravings. It was a real eye opening experience and I’m so happy I decided to take on the challenge!”

Here’s what he had to say about the challenge: “I did like this challenge more than the others we have done in the past. It was simple and simple is good for me. I could easily visualize each meal with the one third/two thirds portions and make it happen without calculating points or weighing food. The biggest help is that my wife Patty did it with me. Always is easier when you have that support especially since she does most of the cooking and food prep. As always, the great coaches, athletes and programming at TILT are what make ALL of us successful!”

We saw so many improvements not only in body composition and weight loss but in overall health. There were countless workout PR’s, improvements in sleep and energy and reductions in cravings. Discovering small changes that we can implement to feel better on a daily basis is the real takeaway from any challenge. Thank you and congratulations to all that participated!!
