Today is simple, but very far from easy. High rep midline work paired with some large calorie chunks on the bike. Break these up into manageable sets from the start and look to preserve your grip for future rounds. This is a lot of work, so don’t be averse to adjusting the rep scheme to suit what you need and where you are.
