What a forearm burn!
DT: 8:41 95# (24 sec PR @ 10 lbs more) / 35lb DB PP sub. HPC were the limiting factor – real struggle with getting the hook grip back on which led to intense grippiness!
Body-weight DT: 5 rounds – 5 strict TTB, 10 pushups, 15 situps – probably should have done pullups instead of TTB, but working on the abs!
