The 105# for 3 on the back side were ugly! But I got it done! Pulled the 115 to my chin next time I’ll do it with lifters and see if I can get more out of the jump on 120/125.
Have gained 20# on my power cleans in the last year 11/30/16 1RM test but the same half squat catch issue remains.

Was more focused on form today and getting better at keeping the bar close, not bending the arms too early and pushing my butt back. The best looking ones were at 115#. Thank you Casey and Max for all of the superb coaching.
