That was a doozy – and there was hardly any rest, but wayyy fun. Push Press was definitely the hardest round — nearly 3 mins left and 70# was feeling heavy even though we were doing 3’s by then.
75# Hang Cleans were actually no problemo today, which is surprising cause I always thought that 65# was my high hang limit. Must have been the 30+ lower weight warmup that helped grease the groove!!
Recovery:
