Burpees felt harder today – I think it’s cause I was faster on every aspect of the workout this time round. Original benchmark I was almost 10 days into nutrition challenge already (we started early) so my orig. score was already strong. I could tell that this was day three workout tho — regardless I was Glad I was able to do better.

Broke up wb and kb into smaller sets and sped up cycle time. Strategy was to use that extra energy to push the runs and burpees and it paid off.

The Edge- 18:48 (85 sec. PR) 45# bell. DU for 90 sec- probably in the 40 DU range, but I honestly lost count. I peaked in the warm up on the DU- never a good thing. Broke the WB into smaller sets which helped with the rest of the workout.
