Big win today, I jumped over the bar every single burpee.. I don’t think I’ve ever done that. Also chose to do 80% of women’s Rx today – as the volume was moderate. Felt good even with bum shoulders.
I used the slant board 4 planes, both feet, 30 sec holds each position.
