Workout Guidance
Little swole session today – getting back on the bench! We’ll be partnered up for this one or in groups of multiple people so that we always have a spotter, and our goal is to build up in load across sets as we go. If we can PR a bench, that’s awesome, but as long as each set is challenging, we’ll get what we’re looking for today.

Tuesday October 4th – No 5:30pm and 6:30pm class
