Another two parter, this time just with a bit more pulling! Some heavier deadlift sets to start and then a twist on CrossFit Open 13.2. Today we’re going to swap out box jumps for burpees, but the push press and deadlifts stay the same. Choose a load that allows for unbroken push press and deadlifts, and then move nice and steady on the burpees.
