Workout Guidance
Today we’re getting after another, lesser known CrossFit benchmark – this time revolving around lifting. The Other Total is a fun combination of movements, and who doesn’t love a good bench day? For each movement we’re looking to get as heavy as we can, but be aware that the shoulder fatigue from the bench will affect the overhead squat, so make sure to start building up slowly.
