20 Wall Balls @ 20/14
Today is a longer, more grindy day with a focus on finding a breakup strategy that’s sustainable for multiple rounds on both the push-ups and the wall balls. For most athletes, quick sets of 5 are a good place to start on push-ups, and trying to maintain sets of 10 is a strong goal for wall balls. We also want to run at a pace that allows us to sustain our same breakup strategy each round. Most athletes will be looking to get somehwere between 3-4 rounds in this workout, with the fastest in the group pushing for 4+.
