Should have recorded my bike distance instead of time, but alas. I def got faster on the bike as time went on – so the distance would have increased.
did some stretching on my internally rotated shoulder — I think it’s bicep and tricep tightness that’s contributing to the shoulder pain. Yet another area of focus.
You’ll figure it out and be stronger and move better because of it. Every setback is dosguised as an opportunity for growth. Great work on the bike today!!!

1:33 to 1:45 with 300 run and 6 t2b… ripped hand so switched to 12 abmat situps… 1:48 to 2:03 for last 3 rounds (350 m run on last one). Probably should’ve upped the run or t2b a few reps.
