Today we have a nice interval day that can take on two different flavors. If we’re feeling good after a long weekend, push these intervals hard and see what you’ve got! If you’re feeling a bit beat up from Murph and the long weekend, we can take these a bit easier and cruise through them to flush things out. Regardless, some good aerobic work to be done today.
