Workout Guidance:
Today we have a very gymnastics focused workout – with a really cool push/pull combo. We want to choose a movement option that will allow for at least a couple rounds unbroken, but no more than 2 sets at any point today. If rings are out of the question, dips on a box or other solid surface would be the next best choice.
