Guys I totally was hurt this morning. Walked in and Tully knew I was hurting. My hand ripped and my quad bruised…. he was like if you think you can’t do it you can. I pushed myself and Tull gave me support. Surprised myself at the end with a 40 second improvement.

This nutrition challenge has been awesome! Congrats to everyone who PR’d today and to those that didn’t too, this was one tough workout!
I made it a personal goal to be 100% on this challenge and as of tonight I succeeded in reaching that goal. Every workout, extra credit, 8 hours of sleep and eating clean all month. I feel amazing and can’t wait to keep up the nutrition and sleep to see where I can go.
Do or do not. Inspiring discipline and fortitude.
