You’re a year removed from Y2K…remember you posted up at an ATM at midnight hoping that it would spew out cash…good times.
Anyway, Bodies by Drowning Pool dropped and the workout world would never be the same. The hype is real.
Today we’re going to do some moderate to heavy-ish deadlifts then some short reps on the 10 min piece.
Pick a weight on the barbell you can cycle.
