Workout Guidance
Strict Cindy is a very different workout from regular Cindy. The strict pull-ups force us to go much more slowly, and break up the pull-ups a lot more. Today, it might be a good idea to strength-scale the pull-ups. Depending on our ability, we can choose to do 3,2 or even 1 reps. Even if we’re planning on doing all 5 reps, singles can be a good idea to save our grip and keep us on pace during the 20 minutes.
